"It’s Okay to Be Young, to Learn, and to Make Mistakes"
Hello Footers, we are back on the road again. Today we will talk about things I am sure you all will relate to, which is growing up. I am almost in my mid 20s era which of course is the scariest part of life. Ever felt like you’re supposed to have your life figured out by your 20s or in your 20s? Like the whole world, everyone we know expects us to have a perfect career, flawless relationship, clear career plan ahead, and to be that “IT Girl” on social media. No pressure at all right? *putting some sarcastic song*
I myself am afraid to grow up if only I had the choice to be a high school student, even maybe a kindergarten student. I will take that chance without thinking twice but these days I realized something. Growing is a part of life, we can’t hide from that fact. It’s the fate God put for us. Every little baby is going to be a man and woman, every man and woman will be a grandpa and grandma someday. That’s the essence of life.
With this writing I would like to change that mindset out of you guys all. Here’s the thing life is not supposed to be that polished. We are still young, still learning, and to be honest still figuring out what the things we want in life, don’t we? about mistakes? they're part of the deal and also life. Everyone makes mistakes, not just the youth, the eldest do that too.
Don’t worry, let’s just take a breather and remind ourselves that it’s okay to not have it all together. Being a work in progress doesn’t mean we’re failing but instead we are growing and isn’t that what life’s really about?
Take the youth as your ultimate playground for trial and error.
It’s the time to explore, to stumble, and figuring everything out. When we embrace the idea that youth is a playground for growth, we automatically allow ourselves to have the freedom to take risks and discover who we truly are. Think about how many of the most successful people in the world got everything right the first time? 1 per 10 chances in my opinion.
Mistakes are not roadblocks, they are stepping stones, the ones who will make you learn, take notes, and do self-introspection. Every failure teaches us a lesson, every setback pushes us to adapt, and every “no” leads us closer to the right “yes.” It’s not about rushing to checklist all of the achievements we had by a certain age. It’s more about the experiences, the learning curves, and the resilience we build along the way. After all, how can we truly know what we want or who we want to be without trying, failing, and trying again?
There’s a thing I need to point out about mistakes, as painful or frustrating as they might seem at the moment, they are the chisels that sculpt us into the people we are meant to become. Every misstep teaches us something valuable whether it’s resilience, self-awareness, or the courage to try again.
Think of mistakes as God’s way of showing us where we can grow. When we fail, we’re forced to re-evaluate, to think critically about what went wrong and why. This process not only helps us avoid similar failure in the future but also gives us the wisdom and strength to face bigger challenges ahead.
Mistakes also remind us that we’re human, that perfection is an illusion, NO ONE PERFECT in this life, and that growth comes from the messy, unpolished parts of life. They teach us empathy for ourselves and for others who are also navigating their own journeys. By embracing our mistakes instead of running from them, we allow ourselves to transform.
The next time I want my reader, my fellow loveliest dearest readers to have mindset that these lessons benefits you, it helps you accumulate your bravery, shaping your character, your values, and your understanding of the world. Mistakes don’t define us, but how we respond, react, and cope with them does okay?
So, let’s stop putting unnecessary pressure on ourselves to “have it all” by our 20s. Life doesn’t come with a manual, and there’s no deadline for personal growth. Whether you’re figuring out your dream career, navigating relationships, or simply learning to love yourself, it’s all part of the journey. Give yourself permission to make mistakes, to start over, and to embrace the messiness of this phase. Because one day, you’ll look back and realize that these imperfect moments were the ones that shaped you the most.
Me as a writer, hoping all of you got enlightened by my little messy writing with this simple message in it.
All I wanted is my readers/footers to not be afraid of growing like I am. From today and so on, promise me you will fill your day with fun and exciting experiences in life, just be yourself.
Don’t put too much pressure on yourself, don’t get too busy thinking about others' life paths. Your friends, colleague have their own time and so do you. I believe you will shine bright at the right time. All you need to do now is to be patient, pray, try your best, and let God do the rest.
Trust me God knows you more than yourself, He knows what he’s doing and it’s all worth the wait. Like the cover said "Plant Your Own Garden", plant your mind with good and positive things around it, in the end believe me your own garden will blossom beautifully, okay??
That's all the things I can deliver for today's article. Thank you so much if you read it till this very end. God Bless and I love You All!!! See you on the next writings, promise I will come up with much more fresh ideas. BuByeeee
